To view PDF documents

To view PDF documents, you should use Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free. Not only will it allow you to view, but also to navigate and print PDF files across all major computing platforms.

The PDF file can be viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader available free from the Adobe Web site.

For regular reference, you may first download and save this file. To do this, click here with your right mouse button (or left button if using a left-handed mouse setup), then select Save Link As or Save Target As. Once it is saved, you may open and view it using the Acrobat Reader.
